Orlando Employee Handbook Redoux

As strategic Orlando Human Resurces consultants we continue to see many companies operating without an employee handbook. Or, operating using a handbook cobbled together using outdated or irrelevant  source material.

In today’s highly litigious employment environment, these are risky practices opening the company to needless exposure which can result in lost dollars, lost time and lost productivity.  That is no way to run a team.

The employee handbook needs to contain current language applicable to today’s workplace issues. It’s the playbook.  It needs to be current and it needs to be effective.
