Christina is a Human Resources executive and organizational operations consultant who has worked in executive Human Resources and operational roles for more than seventeen years. Her Human Resources background ranges from restaurants to theme parks/attractions to hotels and includes working for small privately owned companies, international entertainment high brand organizations and startup companies.
With significant experience in opening new businesses, Christina has more than sixteen years of focused HR experience as a true HR Generalist, with an expertise in building effective business partnerships to meet organizational goals. Christina lends expertise as a business partner to operational line management who want to know “how HR really works.”
Christina’s career has spanned the roles of Corporate Human Resources Director to Vice President Corporate Operations for multi-state business operations.
Christina is also an active public speaker throughout Southern Louisiana and Central Florida on current employment issues and best HR practices.
Active within the domestic and international non-profit community, Christina volunteers with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Dress for Success in addition to various local causes through the Volunteer Vixens, a grassroots philanthropic organization she co-founded in 2011.
