Time to Review Florida Employee Handbook for Rule Changes

If you haven’t reviewed your employee handbook in the past two years, now would be a good time to do so.  The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) keeps issuing new rules on social media and workplace communications that need to be carefully understood. Even though  your company is non union, the rules still apply, often to the surprise of company managers and their HR team.

Better to be current now, than caught later.
