Egypt and Cleveland Cavaliers Break Losing Streaks

On Friday, February 11, 2011 there were two celebrations worlds apart.

In Egypt,  there was dancing in the street celebrating the transition to democracy after a 30-year wait.

And in Cleveland, the Cavaliers celebrated their win over the L.A. Clippers after a 26-game losing streak.  “I can smile again. It feels pretty good. Winning is a precious feeling,”  said guard Daniel Gibson reflecting on the team’s victory.

In Cairo, no words were necessary. It was all on the faces.

As Orlando strategic Human Resources consultants we also know the value of winning in the workplace.  There’s nothing like it.
