As Orlando strategic Human Resources business consultants, we’ve been very active on the training circuit.

I just wrapped up presenting two weeks of SHRM certification prep classes for HR professionals sitting for the PHR and SPHR certification exams. There were lots of good folks in the classes eager to improve their HR knowledge base and career horizons. The classes are offered through the University of Central Florida’s Office of Continuing Education. 

Then on Tuesday, Sept. 14, Christina and I paired up with our partner, Eidson Insurance, to present to a select group of small companies a two hour overview of key areas of employment law and how strong legal compliance can be creatively designed to build more productive work teams. 

As demand for our knowledge sharing continues to grow, so do the rewards. It’s good to see careers and companies move  forward here in Central Florida.
